SUNFLOWER OIL
(INCI HELIANTHUS ANNUUS SEED OIL)
The sunflower oil is obtained from very selected and ripe sunflower seeds. These sunflower seeds are then peeled, ground and cold pressed.
The lecithin contained in the oil strengthens the acid mantle and prevents the skin from drying out.
The high vitamin E content of sunflower oil has an anti-inflammatory effect and is the perfect protection against harmful environmental influences such as UV rays and environmental toxins.
In general, vegetable oils have a powerful effect, due to their physical properties they form a covering and irritation-reducing protective film on the skin, which prevents the skin from high water loss and thus keeps it soft and elastic.
Sunflower is the largest among the composite plants. Despite its size, it is an annual plant, which can grow up to 3m high. The stems are strong, filled with pith inside and crowned with a large flower on top.
