Mixed skin

In mixed skin, the skin in the T-zone tends to be oily, but on the cheeks, it is dry at the same time.

These different skin needs of oily and dry skin must be reconciled.

It is important that you do not use any skin care that dries out the skin. Nevertheless, your care should not be too rich in order not to clog your pores in the T-zone even more.

As a combining care, aloe vera cream is ideal for both moisturizing dry skin areas and naturally caring for and regulating oily skin.

Everyone reacts differently to stress - but it can always affect skin health. Those with a general tendency to dry skin may be more prone to irritated skin, or even diseases like atopic dermatitis, as a stress reaction.

For oily skin, on the other hand, stress shows up in more skin blemishes or even acne.

Nutrition has a great influence on the appearance of the skin and its health.

How the skin looks has a lot to do with what goes on inside it. Industrial fats found in fast food, fried foods, chips, convenience foods or confectionery have a particularly negative impact on the skin.

Instead, you should rather reach for omega-3 fats, which are mainly a component of fish, seafood or nuts.

These fats even contribute to the smoothing of the skin.

Wrong care or cosmetics

In many cases, wrong or too intensive care leads to skin irritations.

"Less is sometimes more" - also in skin care. Anyone who thinks that the skin must be provided with as many care products and active ingredients as possible is wrong.

Much more important are the compositions of the care products and cosmetics.

We also limit ourselves to a minimum of active ingredients and do without anything that unnecessarily irritates the skin.

Our Glysolid skin balm protects the skin from any irritation. The high concentration of glycerin has a calming effect and helps protect the skin from irritation and soothe irritated areas.

It provides intensive moisture and is optimally compatible with its natural ingredients.
